Shan’xi Magic Kitchen transports me back to Xi’an with every bite! Their hand-pulled noodles have the perfect chew, and the bread dishes soak up incredible flavors. The Convoy Street location’s open kitchen adds dinner entertainment. Service is always warm and helpful when explaining regional specialties. A must-visit for adventurous food lovers!

The Balboa location has become our family’s weekly tradition. Watching the chefs stretch noodles is mesmerizing, and the dishes arrive steaming with rich, layered flavors. The cold appetizers provide refreshing contrast to the hearty mains. Generous portions at reasonable prices – what more could you want?

Whether I visit Convoy or Balboa, the food is equally outstanding. The noodles maintain perfect texture whether dining in or taking out, and the signature bread entrees travel surprisingly well. Their chili oil is addictive – I always buy extra to go! Authentic flavors without pretension.

Finally a restaurant showcasing Shaanxi province’s incredible culinary traditions! The chewy noodle textures and complex spice blends set this apart from typical Chinese fare. The Convoy location’s lunch specials are unbeatable. Knowledgeable staff helps navigate the menu for first-timers. My new favorite spot!
